The IGFBP-1 Rapid Test is a rapid qualitative immunochromatographic test for the detection of phosphorylated IGFBP-1 (insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1) in cervical secretions during pregnancy. The test is intended for use by health care professionals as an aid in the diagnosis of premature rupture of amniotic membranes (prom) in pregnant women where prom is suspected.
