The Influenza A/B Virus Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR) is suitable for Genotyping detection of Influenza A/B virus RNA. This kit, using two pairs of specific primers and two pairs of specific fluorescence probes, prepared with components of PCR reaction solution, Reverse Trans-criptase polymerase, five kinds of nucleotide monomers (dNTPs), adopts PCR amplification in vitro to detect Influenza A/B virus RNA.
