It is used for in vitro quantitative detection for copy number of exon 7 of survival motor neuron 1 (SMN1) and exon 7 of survival motor neuron 2 (SMN2). The test results are only used for the purpose of auxiliary diagnosis of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), and should be comprehensively considered in conjunction with the patient's clinical diagnosis and other laboratory tests.

■ Accuracy: Test 9 copies of the enterprise reference materials, and the relative copy number of SMN1-SMN2-RPP30 types are 0-2-2, 1-2-2, 2-2-2, 2-0-2, 2-1-2, 0-4-2, 1-4-2, 4-0-2, 4-1-2, and the results of the copy number test are all in 100% conformity.
